Emergency Homeless Program
The temporary homeless shelter component is UPO'S way of addressing the problem of homelessness in the city of Passaic. Rental assistance is provided to those clients in danger of eviction. The sheltering program is vouchered and non-vouchered depending upon what's available. Since this service is temporary, an endeavor is made to help clients to explore various solutions that will assist them in attacking the problem that lead to their homelessness in the first place.
